Horizon Physical Therapy is the fusion of Audiology and Physical Therapy in a 5000 square foot state-of-the-art facility for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with dizziness, balance, coordination, sports injuries, and orthopedic issues. Horizon is a wellknown multispecialty vlinic in the area of Ogden and has recently expanded in order to provide a wider range of balance, inner ear diagnostics, and an added area dedicated to orthopedic rehabilitaion with a therapeutic pool.
