Meet our Physical Therapist

 Brent Webb, R.P.T.

    Brent Webb graduated from University of Oklahoma College of Allied Health, in 1991.  He specializes in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Neurological, and Manual Therapy. Brent founded Horizon Balance and Dizziness Center in Feb. 2002.

 

 

 

Audiologists

Tel S. Boman, MS CCC-A

    Tel graduated from Utah State University and completed his clinical fellowship year at Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Tel owns and operates Ogden Speech and Hearing Center.

 

 

 

Niki Woodward-Barwick, MS CCC-A

    Niki graduated from the University of Utah and completed her clinical fellowship year at the VA Medical Center in Portland, Oregon.

 

 

 

 

Office Staff

Vickie Mattson

    Vickie Mattson has been our office manager for 4 years. She started here as a patient, 5 years ago, and hasn't left since. She enjoys spending time with her family, four-wheeling, and golf.

    Tara has worked here the longest. She enjoys working one-on-one with all our patients. Tara is going to school at Weber State and pursuing a career in healthcare.

    Drew is our most recent addition here at Horizon. He is also attending Weber State University and working towards being either a nurse or a seminary teacher.
